Coordinates all necessary cargo deficiencies / corrections with Customer Service before cargo is released to the vessel. • Compose and issue the Vessel Dangerous Cargo Manifest for export shipments. Compiles and forwards needed import documents for discharging hazardous cargo to local terminal operators. • Compose and issue the Vessel Temperature Control Manifest for temperature controlled export shipments. Shares temperature-related information on import reefer cargo with stevedores / terminal operators to ensure reefer procedures are followed • Compile and issue vessel operations related reports and advise all concerned parties of vessel arrival and departure times. • Collect export Bill of Lading documents for CMA CGM and all partners for all cargo destine d for China. Make copies and coordinate delivery to boarding agency for US Customs clearance prior to vessel departure. • Monitor equipment levels at terminal and inland locations and instruct facility operators to achieve the most efficient equipment utilization.
