Our Team Our E&I Technicians are required to be current holders of a Shelby County TN Journeyman Electrical license or to attain one within 1 year of hire date. They must attain all GP N10 qualifications within 18 months of hire date. They must be available to work overtime and call-ins to meet the needs of the business. The starting pay for this role is $35.33/hr. This position works rotating 10 and 12 hour shifts, both days and nights , per the needs of the site.
