Marketing Operations, Planning, Analytics, Optimization, and Reporting (50%): • Responsible for the development and implementation of various marketing plansand the communication of marketing vision and strategy to applicable internal and external constituencies as directed by the Director of Marketing and Communications.• Identify efficiencies for marketing processes, and recommend improvements that are relevant, actionable, and sustainable from several perspectives including customer, operations, and financial.• Manage the marketing technology stack ensuring optimal data integration and accuracy across platforms, the evaluation and recommendation of new technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness across platforms, and considerations of future scalability.• Identify, recommend, and leverage digital and online technologies and/or vendors to publish content.• Establish, standardize, operationalize, and continuously update documentation and project management best practices across the team.• Assist with editing, formatting, and proofreading of content for meetings, events, digital campaigns, and other marketing-related activities.• Assist with management and maintenance of marketing assets (i.e., branding, photography, content, design).Collect, analyze, and interpret data (e.g., market research, performance metrics) toidentify trends, patterns, and insights to share with the Director and the Assistant Director of Marketing.Collaborate with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders to define marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) based on the goals and objectives of PE and PE's programs.Standardize reporting; develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance to inform decision-making and strategic marketing initiatives.Maintain data hygiene, segmentation, and data governance practices.Make relevant, actionable and sustainable recommendations to the Director to review and approve, including all associated financial considerations. Budgeting & Financial Reporting (40%): Responsible for developing and managing marketing-related financial budgets and forecasts for the Marketing function and for the marketing of each of PE's department programs, under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Communications.Develop an analytical framework to track, text, and report on the ROI and overall effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns, including development of dashboards.Oversee contracts, renewals, payment, and invoicing with marketing-related vendors and efforts.Ensure that annual marketing plans have sufficient financial support and that approvals by all applicable parties have been provided.Attend all regularly scheduled Marketing-related meetings with the Finance team throughout each fiscal year. Salesforce Administration Support [10%] Creates standard and custom marketing-related reports from Salesforce and converts them to Microsoft Excel for things such as participant/client data, registration information, webinar data, and marketing activities for programs.Provide analysis and feedback for marketing and program improvement purposes. REQUIRED: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or a related field required.• Minimum 5 years of communications or marketing and finance experience required.• Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan for marketing.• Significant experience with data and financial reporting and analysis.• Superior organizational skills.• Experience developing and managing contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) with internal and external constituencies.• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills both virtually and face-to-face.• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion, and diplomacy, make sound judgments, assess information, resolve problems, and determine when senior program staff need to be involved.• Proven record of employing creative and thoughtful approaches to challenges.• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.• Experience using various video conferencing applications such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Teams.• Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and other cloud-based tools such as SAP and marketing automation platformsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
