What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Computer Science, Business or a related quantitative discipline preferred. A minimum of 4+ years' data analytics experience required; must be able to visualize and interpret data. Experience with one or more of the following platforms required: Oracle Analytics OAS, OBIEE) or an equivalent enterprise business intelligence platform (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) ETL tools (ODI/Informatica or similar), database development Data science skills such as Scripting languages including Python, R; experience in Machine learning is a plus. Experience with Oracle EBS, Salesforce as data sources for analytics. High Proficiency with SQL querying and knowledge of data modeling. Familiarity with predictive analytics modeling and financial concepts. Meticulous attention to detail with an appreciation for the relationship between data quality, key performance indicators, and the Company's success. Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
