Organized, efficient, and able to multi-task effectively between the duties of a Project Manager & EstimatorFamiliar with cloud-based construction applicationsPreferredPE License Experience with design/build and conceptual estimating from bridging documents Experience with electrical equipment (Transformers, Switchgear, Cables, MCCs, Panelboards) sizing and specification Experience developing calculations and studies such as: short circuit, load flow, motor starting, and grounding analysis using ETAP or SKM software analysis toolsOther Requirements: Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timely Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
