Location: Irvine, CASalary: NegotiableDescription: Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years As a Real Estate Project manager of Network Real Estate and Regulatory, you will have a key role supporting wireless real estate in the busy and challenging SoCal market. You will primarily be responsible for delivering real estate entitlements to support evolving network enhancements, including growing and managing relationships with internal and external partners, contract review and negotiation, general problem solving, implementation of best practices, and overall project management. A key aspect of this role is building collaborative relationships with our internal key business partners to understand their priorities and challenges, addressing their needs on an ongoing basis, and delivering time and cost saving solutions to enhance the overall success of the network enhancement projects. This role will effectively manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives, including supporting Real Estate Pipeline for all network Modifications projects, as well as support for ongoing real estate and property management matters.
