As part of our ongoing commitment to safety we provide all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and Boot Reimbursement after completing your probationary period!SummaryThis position is responsible for ensuring all product and materials are loaded or unloaded in a timely manner using a motor-powered forklift or standup lift while working in an area with temperatures ranging from -10 to 34 degrees, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, which will include a freezer suit, gloves and head wear. You will be trained and licensed as a professional forklift operator.During your work shift, which consist of 10 to 12 hours, you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and willing to bend, squat, lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds. As part of efficiently completing the job tasks a handheld scanner will be used to keep track of product as it is loaded, unloaded, and moved around the facility. At certain times other job duties and tasks maybe part of the daily routine. QualificationsApplicants must have (12) Experience within the last 18 months in warehousing listed on application or resume. forklift experience is a plus, cold storage experience is a plus, Cycle count. Strong proficiency with computers.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Blue Yonder, JDA, or SAP is highly recommended.Need full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time with a sense of balance.May work with corrective lenses if vision problems.May be provided PPE for additional hearing protection as needed.Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening if External.Tasks:Count and reconcile facility within 30-day requirement. Reconcile order selector countbacks/missing pallets. Apply Hold and Release product dispositions. Properly identify damaged/donation product. Receiving process to complete RA returns. Research shipping and receiving discrepancies. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements:Must be willing to drive forklift and Cherry Picker. Must have basic computer knowledge to perform data entry and utilize company email. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing to complete required paperwork.
