This position takes responsibility for estimating and managing development activities for land and building developments; this includes entitlement and design/construction of speculative industrial/warehouse facilities for ground-up projects in the Chicagoland market.The position requires a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, outgoing personality, technical competence and professionalism.The position is preferred to reside in the Chicago office and interact daily with development, deployment and leasing teams.
