About the Position We are seeking Site Managers/Field Superintendents to join our growing Fuels Sustainment, Restoration, Modernization program team . These positions can be located remotely (with travel expectations) or in our Honolulu, Hawaii office. Site Managers are responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and administering the onsite work to successfully complete the requirements of the project on time, within budget and in accordance with the company's quality and safety standards. Develops strong client relationships to facilitate successful, timely, profitable projects and repeat business. SPECIFIC DUTIES RELATED TO TECHNICAL SERVICES Is the onsite Pond representative implementing the construction portion of the assigned project through day-to-day direction of all field activitiesMakes certain all construction follows contract requirements such as design specifications and drawings, scope of work, Work Plans, etc.Projects are completed on schedule, adheres to budget, meets accounting requirements and is built to specified quality standardsAbility to coordinate and manage multiple onsite subcontractorsEnsures all field documentation is completed comprehensively and on time.Updates and maintains body of knowledge related to training and job responsibilities.Adheres to and enforces company policies and procedures.
