Set up data & analytics measurement: Utilize data and analytics to measure fleet performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance fleet operations. Improve Telematics Utilization: Utilize telematics systems to track vehicle location, monitor driver behavior, and optimize routing and scheduling.
