The companytransitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) model in 2014 to give our employees control of FSTssuccess The Maintenance Service Coordinator will cultivate vendor relationships, analyze vendor reports for best practices, and assist in coordinating repairs at FST warehouse facilities with outside vendors. This role will work to integrate maintenance into the TMW system such as: tractor/trailer updates and work orders as well as perform the following TMW functions: review reports and keep equipment statuses up to date. This role will own the MMS system in place. This requires data to be accurate and input daily. This role will help manage the mechanic, directing workflow, and prioritizing work. To ensure success as the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will: Identify and coordinate services for PMs, schedule workflow, and work on day-to-day functionality of the department including work orders.Held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.Coordinate breakdown recovery and workflow, gain maintenance knowledge of current FST operations, and develop SOP library for the department.Assist in registrations and tag renewals and assist Dispatch in equipment tracking and utilization of metrics.Be expected to switch weekends for on call issues. The on-call phone will be held one week at a time.
