As a Customer Sales and Support Representative, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer sales calls and customer service support while exceeding customers' expectations for sales responsiveness, order processing, order tracking and other related support responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with assigned territory outside sales personnel to help achieve quarterly and annual sales budgets.As part of the Customer Service team, this position is based in Greensboro, NC and reports functionally to the Customer Service Manager.
