The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, review and deployment of Finance reports utilizing Microsoft Power BI. This position requires a blend of technical prowess in Power BI, managerial experience, and a deep understanding of Finance reporting standards and practices.Key Responsibilities Evaluate and prioritize new project submissions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and reporting standards Lead the development and review process of Power BI dashboards in Finance, ensuring they meet our standardized business practices and company's reporting framework Collaborate closely with Finance and IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities and drive the adoption of best practices in BI reporting Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout the report development lifecycle Mentor and develop a team of BI developers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovationQualifications And Experience At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including development and review responsibilities, and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team lead role within finance or business intelligence Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred Proven track record as a people manager in a technical or Finance environment Strong understanding of Finance reporting principles and best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving projects to completion in a collaborative manner Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus Certifications in Microsoft Power BI are a plus Knowledge of relational databases and SQL Experience with Databricks and Alteryx is a plus Experience in digital transformation initiatives within Finance is a plusQorvo will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorizations for this position.MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVOWe are Qorvo.
