Step into Your New Role Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager (PM)for our construction material testing and inspection group. We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a team that prides themselves on ensuring their projects are performed to the designated standards of quality. In this dynamic role, the PM is responsible for all aspects of project delivery regarding scope, schedule, and budget. The PM must be familiar with tracking and managing cost, change orders, project scope, schedule, deficiencies, subcontractors, and customer service. The PM will have a supervisory role for a team of 5-10 individuals and, therefore, must be efficient at training, coordinating, and motivating staff. Kleinfelder is ultimately looking for a proactive leader to contribute to the continued growth of our construction material testing and inspection team. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of project execution including: project organization, including resource management/ designation subcontractor management scheduling financial management health and safety stewardship reporting Effectively track and communicate updates regarding project status Lead and participate in technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams ensuring company quality standards and driving customer value Collaborate with internal and external teams to efficiently identify or develop solutions to problems encountered on projects and track solution implementation.
