The program consists of four to five rotations in various areas within Finance, most being six months in length. The rotations will incorporate multiple facets of Finance at Clarios. Rotations could include Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, FP&A, Audit/Governance, Controllership, Risk Management, Tax, Treasury and Technical Accounting. Our management team will provide you with career development planning, networking opportunities, mentoring and detailed performance feedback. The program is designed to expose you to the various functional areas so you can best select your desirable career path.
