Coordinates facilities work and inspections with contractors and/or appropriate local authorities. Inspects interior and exterior of facilities to identify potential problems and take corrective action. Completes general maintenance tasks at the dealership. This included but is not limited to relamping lighting fixtures, power washing, minor plumbing repairs, minor door repairs, etc. Orders building maintenance supplies.
