POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely preparation and completion of new and rehab homes to meet "Showable Ready" standards for the Sales Department. This position requires coordinating with contractors, troubleshooting various maintenance issues, completing work orders, and adhering to quality assurance checklists. Additionally, the Project Technician is responsible for maintaining inventory, overseeing home rehabs, and providing exceptional customer service.
