You work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Architect to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements. DX Product Owner - CRM/Salesforce

Department Preferences Strong data and technical analytical skills including the ability to problem solve complex data and technical related issues. Ability to root cause application related issues that are data or technical driven. Strong experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM platform. Previous experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred. Responsible for the overall success of the team delivering upon the intended business value of capabilities. Ensures alignment between the team's backlog and the overall product roadmap to meet customer's needs. Aid in the definition around vision, goals and objectives while also contributing to the refinement of the Product Roadmap and the features within the Product Backlog. Act as customer or stakeholder proxy for the team and is empowered to make critical decisions regarding functionality and priority. Serve as a subject matter expert or key resource for the business as it pertains to the application development teams. Possess overall decision-making responsibility for the team as it pertains to scope of work for the team. Focus on team activities to ensure successful delivery of the right features at the right time aligned with the Product strategy. Manage the team backlog, negotiating priorities with stakeholders, defines acceptance criteria for work efforts, ensures alignment across the team, accepts completion of work adhering to quality standards and fitness for use. Coordinate with other Product Owners to ensure alignment of team dependencies. Communicates story details and priorities to ensure the team aligns and agrees on a final iteration plan Accept user stories by establishing acceptance criteria and ensuring a level of quality, focusing primarily on fitness for use. Understand the scope of technical dependencies and requirements by collaborating with IT to assist with decision-making, sequencing, and solutions. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in related field required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or related role required. Experience in healthcare industry with payers, third party administrators, benefit consultants, healthcare IT, or insurance (healthcare or P&C) preferred. Must have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple products &/or scrum teams. Experience with SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile development methodologies. Expertise in defining and prioritizing business requirements and validating product capabilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills to engage an organization of multiple specialties. Ability to manage competing priorities and understand the downstream implications of shifting priorities. Ability to facilitate the completion of work in a matrix environment. Ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.
