Come join our team where you can expand your career potential, benefit from our robust development opportunities, and enjoy meaningful work!Hybrid schedule: 3 days in Southington, CT locationKey Responsibilities:Manage the CRA mortgage loan purchase process by facilitating the transactions between Webster's internal departments and external loan sellers, while ensuring that all limits related to credit risk, counterparty risk, etc. are met.Create, maintain and analyze Secondary Marketing related reports and data.Program and maintain LOS/Pricing engine for residential and consumer products.Support the Secondary Marketing Manager and Pricing Manager positions as required.Job Requirements and SkillsCandidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required.5 - 8 years of related experience Mortgage and Consumer LendingFamiliar with mortgage and consumer pricing, including all aspects of mortgage regulations, particularly CRA and fair lendingDemonstrated ability using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data using formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.Experience creating, maintaining and analyzing reports using software such as Excel and TableauSuccessful management of internal and external relationshipsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAptitude to quickly learn new processes and technologyAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentEmbraces opportunities for growth and developmentThe estimated salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
