The employees pay 20% of the insurance premium for themselves and pay 100% of the insurance premium for their families. 401(K) Plan VIVA offers tax deferred 401(K) benefit plan to all employees. Employees participating in the plan are entitled for matching contribution from VIVA.Permanent Residency Sponsorship VIVA sponsors permanent residency for qualified employees. Employees pay the legal fees. Educational Assistance VIVA provides tuition reimbursement to eligible employees up to $2,500.00 per year for a maximum of 3 years.Employee Referral VIVA provides referral fees to any qualified referral resulting in a professional-level hire.Vacation Days Paid vacation days allow employees to take time off at their discretion with management approval.
