Veritas Home Health Registered Nurses span a wide range of skill sets, but all have direct experience with in-home health clients.В For each case, a specialized Registered Nurse is carefully selected, based on their specific skill set, by a Clinical Supervisor, who is also a Registered Nurse. The Clinical Supervisors evaluate and provide feedback to help stratify and assure top quality outcomes for each client. Veritas nurses take time to discuss all aspects of a patients health and also counsel family members and caretakers to deliver optimal results. The goal of the nursing team is to provide exceptional care to each client, achieve the best possible outcomes, and help return the patient to an independent way of life in a timely fashion.
