Paula is the founder of The Eppolito Group, Inc. She has over 20 years in the Executive Search industry. Her knowledge of the recruitment process and her contacts, within the industry, have garnered her respect with both candidates and clients. Paula specializes in placing candidates in CPA firms and in the accounting, auditing, tax, transaction services and related consulting areas in private industry.During her 20+ years in the industry, Paula has served on various committees within the New York State Society of CPA’s and was the Chair of the Staff Accountants Committee. She has made speeches at universities and state societies and has written articles for professional trade organizations, receiving numerous awards from both the private and public sector for her tireless efforts.Paula’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to resign from Price Waterhouse in order to launch a paper products distribution company, which quickly became very successful. Wanting to return to the financial accounting community, she sold the company and entered the field of Executive Search. The technical and managerial skills she refined as a member of PW, coupled with her interpersonal skills, quickly distinguished her in the industry. Paula’s ability to match the talents of the candidates to the needs of her clients has kept her at the top of her field.
