Founded in 1978, Services for the UnderServed (SUS) has gained a reputation for supporting individuals and families facing challenging life situations such as mental illness, developmental disability, physical disability, AIDS, homelessness, unemployment and poverty.Our uniqueness lies in our commitment to and expertise in providing tailored services to persons with complex needs, while meeting their personal goals and preferences. Many of the individuals we serve have not found other service providers able to do so.

To provide services and supports for individuals with special needs to live with dignity in the community, direct their own lives and attain personal fulfillment.

Through participation in our various day services, individuals succeed in overcoming barriers to employment, community inclusion and social relationships. Our day habilitation, clubhouse and employment services provide an environment conducive to growth, creativity, and reaching individual potential.
