Overview:
Search Services was founded in 2000 by Heather and Tony Gray. Prior to the founding, Heather and Tony had both worked in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Heather became an accounting and finance recruiter for a large national firm in 1995, and Tony had been part of a successful technology startup that went public in the late 90’s. The first division of Search Services, Search Finance, was launched as a marriage of their shared accounting backgrounds, Heather’s recruiting experience, and Tony’s experience with startups.In 2005 David Young joined the team to assist in the launch of Search Technology. David’s broad technology background, built on his years with Ernst & Young, made him the perfect business partner to help build this now very successful IT recruiting arm of Search Services. More recently Search Services launched Search Support. This third division was created to complement the professional search capabilities of Search Finance and Search Technology. Search Support assists area employers with the hiring of office clerical and accounting support personnel.
