Engage with a variety of stakeholders including, Facilities, R&D, Maintenance and Reliability, Automation & Controls Engineering, Quality, EHS, Procurement and Operations personnel from global sites in the entire process from development to commissioning and qualification of equipment in Colorado Springs. Collaborate with cross functional team to analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics for equipment in Colorado Springs. Use a variety of inputs, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Maintenance and Reliability (DfMR), HAZOP, Risk assessment and FMEA to develop specification document for the new or improved equipment.
