Position Summary Terrasmart is seeking a Technical Project Manager to enhance our team and contribute to our solar tracking product initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organization skills to facilitate meetings, document decisions, define next steps, and ensure smooth collaboration between multiple software teams, product engineering, product development, supply chain, and field teams. This role demands a hands-on approach to a diverse range of projects. A background in engineering, project management, and/or data analysis is preferred. This individual will develop a general understanding of our solar tracking products, the hardware and software systems involved, and manage a diverse set of initiatives to deliver positive results for our customers. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties) Coordinate cross-functional projects between software development teams, product team, engineering, supply chain, and field teams. Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional communication, bridging gaps and facilitating seamless information flow to enhance project coherence and team autonomy. Engage in strategic discussions with all team leads to anticipate future project needs. Foster a proactive culture where potential challenges are addressed before they impact project timelines. Conduct thorough data analysis on key projects and leverage analytical insights to guide project strategy. Proactively propose innovative solutions to project challenges, using data-driven insights and a comprehensive understanding of each team's strengths and constraints. Act as a strategic problem-solver, facilitating the adoption of effective solutions across teams. Provide biweekly reports on project progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and concerns to stakeholders. Actively engage with leadership to identify and remove development roadblocks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, aligning with our strategic objectives. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring clarity of goals and responsibilities. Oversee the development and implementation of market-leading products and features, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, adjusting strategies and plans as necessary to achieve objectives. Utilize Jira for project management coordination between teams. Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation in Confluence. Position Summary The Designer I will prepare detailed drawings of solar arrays, topographical relief maps, and other structural features, used in our engineering projects pre-construction. Additionally, they will use knowledge of construction materials, construction practices, engineering practices, and mathematics to complete drawings and provide estimates of materials. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties) Use engineering principles, computer-assisted design software (CAD), and equipment to prepare design documents to be used for permitting, fabrication, installation drawings and manuals, and technical guidance. Assist sales department with client requests by preparing drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information. Prepare internally reviewed letters to customers and designers for such things as information requests, technical guidance, transmittal comments or questions, and similar requests. After implementation, the projects will be handed over to the plant manufacturing engineering and personnel for the start of production.
