Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties) Coordinate cross-functional projects between software development teams, product team, engineering, supply chain, and field teams. Engage in strategic discussions with all team leads to anticipate future project needs. Foster a proactive culture where potential challenges are addressed before they impact project timelines. Conduct thorough data analysis on key projects and leverage analytical insights to guide project strategy. Proactively propose innovative solutions to project challenges, using data-driven insights and a comprehensive understanding of each team's strengths and constraints. Act as a strategic problem-solver, facilitating the adoption of effective solutions across teams. After implementation, the projects will be handed over to the plant manufacturing engineering and personnel for the start of production.
