This dynamic position will be responsible for providing administrative, proposal, project, marketing and invoicing support to the technical and management staff. Responsibilities Administrative - Provides office admin support including: Providing admin support directly to the Market Leader to assist with marketing and business development outreach to potential owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and teaming partners for projects nationwide. Coordinating conference and event registrations, tracking certifications, and coordinating project team meetings and training. Coordinating department mail/fax/shipping, office supply inventory, and minor IT support requests. Coordinating with HR staff on needs for job ads, resume distribution, interviews, and offer letters. Providing invoicing support to assist with reviewing invoices, coordinating subconsultant invoices, coordinating invoicing schedules, and follow up with accounting on project set up, updates, task approvals, etc. Marketing and Proposal Coordinator - Provides support and coordination for the proposal process, including: Developing, maintaining, and updating project descriptions, profiles, key staff resumes, and collateral material for marketing and business development meetings.
