Plan to be on the phone most of the day developing your carrier baseand sourcing capacity. •Booking loads, making deals and negotiating rates. •Posting available loads & searching for trucks on 3rd party load boards. •Track & trace shipments from start to finish. Providing Account Managers with up to date information on the progressof their loads. On time service is a priority. •CRM’s will maintain their own stable of qualified partner carriers. Entering them into our TMS and maintaining theirfiles. •Develop and cultivate strong relationships with our carrier base.
