Assesses and address medication side-effects and report adverse drug reactions.•Ensures timely and quality documentation (admissions, follow-up and annual, etc.) in patient records in accordance with policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and guidelines.

Orthopedic Specialty Group seeks to add another full-time Physician Assistant to their team. The new Physician Assistant will work directly with a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon. This position includes four days in the clinic and one day in the OR. The Physician Assistant will be trained to run a parallel clinic to the doctor.Additional day to day responsibilities include: injections, removing casts and pins, reductions, first assists, consultation, rounds and patient evaluation and education, writing prescriptions and reviewing lab results in a clinic setting. Successful Physician Assistants must be PANCE-Certified/Eligible, organized, self-starter and able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. This doctor will train a new graduate with an orthopedic rotation and a passion for the specialty. This position is located in a desirable area of Fredericksburg.
