Company vehicle and gas card Annual increase potential What you will do Travel in the field and jobsites and work in the shop as needed (CDL a plus) Plans work procedures (Scheduling) and/or possible solutions such as parts, PM service in conjunction with Equipment Manager Trouble shoot and maintain all types of heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers. Examines equipment and discusses with superintendent, operator, or project manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction Ensure engagement of equipment team in all safety best practices, ensure compliance with all company policies and safety rules. Conduct safety training and toolbox talks Work closely with all equipment manufactures to keep up with new technology.
