Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing innovative solutions, overseeing development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to understand digital communication needs and goals.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions that align with strategic objectives.Design scalable digital communication solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing technology infrastructure.Develop technical documentation, including system diagrams and user stories, to guide development teams.Oversee development and deployment processes, ensuring solutions meet design, security, and performance requirements.Develop custom features and functionalities to meet specific communication objectives.Analyze user engagement and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities.Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in digital communication.Qualifications:Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
