We therefore have patterned the questions during the interview to solicit behavior patterns that indicate with high predictability whether the candidate can perform the job as required. This type of interview is different than those that you may have taken in the past. _Advancing From Pre-Apprentice into the Apprenticeship Program_ + It is critical for applicants to understand that entering a Pre-Apprentice position is the preliminary stage for the Apprenticeship Program with TEP. + Those selected and indentured must pass the first step test, with a score of 85% or greater, or they will be removed from the program. + After the first step test after being indentured has been passed, only one 6-month test may be failed and retaken during the remainder of the apprenticeship program.
