What You'll DoBe a technical leader on the Data and Analytics team, working to shape comprehensive solutions encompassing all facets of complex data and analytics systems and infrastructureCommunicate architecture and design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, gathering buy in from client stakeholders and other partners Lead and participate in solutioning sessions, working hand-in-hand with business/client, translating business objectives into actionable machine learning/data science use caseEngagement Management - Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the clientBuilds and develops relationship / partnership with local market teams, aligning on sales pursuits, resource capacity and capabilities, and awareness across the regionBuilds and develops relationships with technology partners and owns joint sales pursuitsWhat You'll BringDeep expertise in defining, architecting, and delivering data and analytics solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud, as well as experience with Snowflake or Databricks platforms, and other related platforms and servicesExtensive depth in Data Lake and Lakehouse implementations and architecting data flowsExperience developing and deploying solutions with infrastructure as code, following best practices and integrating with robust CI/CD pipelinesExperience with hybrid cloud systems, integrating on premise resources and cloud platformsStrongly preferred but not required: Prior formal experience in a leadership role.
