The Marketing Manager, Technology will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing and should possess a deep understanding of both marketing and technology. This role will be responsible for developing a high-level view of our marketing operations and procedures and implementing new processes and operational initiatives to improve efficiency through the marketing technology stack, including the marketing automation platform. You will lead the implementation, management, analysis, and optimization of technologies that support growth objectives of the client. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, project management and critical-thinking skills, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Design, document and conduct training on the use of marketing technology tools, including CRM and marketing automation Maintain and optimize sales & marketing platforms (i.e. websites, landing pages), automated processes in marketing systems (i.e. lead routing), and integrations (i.e. connections between platforms) Implement, manage and optimize programs, emails, landing pages and other assets in Marketo, the marketing automation platform Support, maintain and optimize the CRM system, including customization and user management, working with other technical teams as needed Manages and maintains integrations & lead routing in the CRM and marketing automation platforms, optimizing the automation and processes for the marketing and sales team Identify opportunities to improve and simplify toolsets and activate technology solutions at scale Work with the Marketing Analyst and team to monitor and report on KPIs with a focus ensuring proper tracking for conversion and revenue attribution Partner with the team to ensure data integrity across platforms, implement best practices for proper tracking of campaigns, including quality control Oversee compliance to relevant laws and regulations regarding customer data security & privacy Review and stay up to date on all new tools and technologies in this space.
