Duties include movement, logistical coordination, receiving documentation and storage management to ensure seamless support to plant operational support requiring efficient day to day Stores management.The PersonThe candidate should be motivated, have good communication skills, and be a team player who is ready to work with the team to deliver results.Key ResponsibilitiesTo receive incoming shipment from forwarder, vendor & assembly plants and perform visual and document checks, generate Goods Receipt Slip (grS) and system transfers.Able to update daily transaction data of material completing test.To perform transactions such as receiving/issuing, data entry, item loan in/out, inventory monitoring and replenishment in SAP, WOS, TED and other related applications.To service line request by issuing general/direct/indirect material/spares required to support operational needs by the Lab.Take accountability of store inventories, ensure its integrity in terms of stocks, and perform cycle-counts.To communicate with requestor and provide feedback on parts and material issues.Ensure a safe and clean work environment and operations in terms of 5S.Preferred ExperienceWilling to work on 12-hour shift pattern, weekend shift and normal shift.Experience in store environment and material flow is preferred.PC knowledge is required, preferably SAP and MS ApplicationsAbility to work independently and work well with others.Good interpersonal and communication skillsSupport Cycle counting and stock-take activities.Assist on Lean and continuous improvement projects / initiatives within the department.Academic CredentialsAssociate degree or equivalent experience.LOCATION:Austin, TXAt AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.
