Minimum of 10 years of civil design experience with a PE in the State of Washington or ability to get reciprocity. (Internship experience is appreciated but does not count towards the three-year minimum requirement.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Advanced MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads design experience is required.
