In this role, you will provide key tactical services to the Project Execution teams by supporting the Project Managers with functional, administrative, and organizational tasks. This position works closely with Project Managers and project stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met through the project lifecycle. Come join the Projects group today! #joinourteam **What You Will Do:** + Provide regular look-ahead status reporting to Project Managers on upcoming deliverables ensuring project plans are kept up to date. + Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings, providing a single point of contact for the Project Managers for various Core Programs Initiatives. + Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI, SharePoint, JIRA, Encompass, Oracle, etc.). + Lead the coordinator of project closeouts, working directly with construction, project controls, environment and finance stakeholders and reporting progress to the Project Managers . + Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests. This includes third party access to Enbridge systems. + Make and send reports as needed to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies. **Who You Are** : + Degree, diploma, or certificate in related field. + 4 or more years of experience or a combination of education and construction/engineer/operations experience. + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools. Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset. + Motivated self-starter, with great people skills who work well independently in a fast-paced team environment. + Predict obstacles, challenges, and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems. + Valid passport and ability to travel to the US and throughout Canada. + Role requires a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire. **Working Conditions:** + Office environment. + 10% of travel. + Enbridge provides a competitive workplace programs that differentiate us and offer flexibility to our team members.
