Your Profile Education / Experience Requirements: Four-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline strongly preferred. Two years of experience in medical or electronics manufacturing or equivalent. Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills, ability to multitask. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic, high attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to accept feedback and make changes where necessary. Experience with tracking equipment and factory performance. Experience with statistical methodologies for problem solving and optimization. Knowledge of materials used in electronics manufacturing. Demonstrated skills in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and 5S techniques. Must be high energy, highly flexible with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile, on the manufacturing floor for extended periods of time. The employee will be required to be in a cleanroom environment, able to gown and de-gown personal protective equipment or other wearable equipment designed to manage the clean room environment. The employee will be required to safely lift, carry, push, and pull product or other components that are up to 40 pounds apiece. The employee will be required to interact with a computer for extended periods of time and communicate with co-workers. Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours / week.
