Includes new, upgrade and replacement capital projects. + Work with internal and external resources to meet project goals. + Serves as project manager with responsibility for meeting project goals for safety, budget, schedule, scope, resources, compliance and quality and ensuring projects deliver quality and value to the customer while meeting environmental, cultural and community requirements. + Has responsibility for all aspects of a project, including development, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout. + Works with project team to develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) including technical specifications, required schedule.
