Transporting recyclables, scrap, and trash throughout the factory. Operating heavy equipment including cardboard balers, pallet jacks, foam densifiers, and other recycling equipment. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Supervisor. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with your Workplace team and all production teams. Work requires lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, and walking. Must be able to sort and segregate materials to maximize value. Work shifts are 12 hours long, the job requires a great deal of stamina and strength. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Exposure to various weather conditions. The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Complete other duties as assigned/support cross-functional teams.
