Satisfies customer needs.Plans, coordinates and schedules detailed phases of the technical services work in a program. Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer care and outside suppliers to ensure product designs and documentation are complete, accurate and up-to-date. Demonstrates effective use of multiple communication techniques to all levels.Work with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products.Manage the release process of the engineering BOM.
