The Store Manager role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and the evaluation of all aspects of the day to day business. This includes leading all aspects of sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics, including financial and performance goals. The role is also responsible for the stores operational and financial reporting functions.As a Store Manager, this role communicates back and forth with all employees and leadership to assist with problem resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service and overall success of the store. The Store Manager will handle all incoming and outgoing orders, and directs support staff for maximum efficiency. The Store Manager communicates with customers that includes customer service, sales, and operational staff (i.e. Outside Sales Reps, Mechanics, other SealMaster employees etc.). Uses software to enter ticket information and track activity.This position is very rewarding and is very demanding. You will work hard and get dirty but it is very rewarding and challenging.
