The Company also prohibits harassment of applicants or employees based on any of these protected categories. + Responsible for contacting each property owner to discuss the project and proposed equipment placement with customer. + Gaining the customer’s agreement to proceed with the project as planned and acquiring all necessary signatures for easements and acknowledgement forms. + Customer outreach will also include on-going communication with the property owners and property occupants throughout all stages of the project, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. + Requires great customer service and communication skills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills. + Be able to professionally communicate in person, over the phone and email with customers, staff, and vendors. + Ability to read and understand construction and engineering plans. + Coordinate special projects as assigned. + Perform other duties as assigned.
