The main focus of the Process Engineers work will be to understand and characterize key process variables, develop reliable process windows, and improve consistency and efficiency of Additive Manufacturing processes.Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Lead and execute experiments to identify key process variables using DOE type methodologies or other analytical methods.Develop manufacturing best practices, parameters, process windows, and work instructions that improve Additive Manufacturing operation.Use Six Sigma DMAIC process or other similar methods to determine root cause/solutions to process challenges.Use statistical methods and conduct process capability studies to determine if the process is meeting key process requirements.
