Description:This role will be one of the main developers for a new data effort in the assigned region. They will work with stake holders on a 2 week sprint cycle using a rapid prototyping method to develop and evolve local functions into automated centralized applications. This position will require interfacing with the system owners, stake holders, end users, and other required elements. They will have to distill processes and workflows into creatable requirements and user stories. Then they will have to develop and produce containerized applications based on the above through and iterative development process. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, and documents software applications. Analyzes requirements and tests and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.   **Key Job Information** + Requires knowledge and experience with IQGeo and integrations with Maximo, OMSand GIS. + Uses best practices and knowledge of Integration and load testing. + Solves complex problems; can upgrade IQGeo from 6.0 to 7.0. + Works independently, receives minimal guidance. **Key Responsibilities** + **Programming/Software Development (PROG)** Designs, codes, tests, corrects, and documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations using agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result. Takes part in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work. + **Application Support (ASUP)** Maintains application support processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures. Uses application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports. + **Incident Management (USUP)** Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution. Escalates unresolved incidents. Facilitates recovery following resolution of incidents. Documents and closings resolved incidents according to agreed procedures. + **Problem Management (PBMG)** Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes, and services. Determines problem fixes/remedies. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures. + **Systems Design (DESN)** Recommends/designs structures and tools for systems which meet business needs and considers target environment, performance security requirements and existing systems. Delivers technical visualization of proposed applications for approval by customer and execution by system developers. Translates logical designs into physical designs and produces detailed design documentation. Maps work to user specification and removes errors and deviations from specification to achieve user-friendly processes. + **Systems Integration (SINT)** Defines the integration build, accepts software modules from software developers and produces software builds for loading onto the target environment.
