Computer experience in CRM, Word, Excel and SolidWorks, basic machine shop skills for prototyping demonstrations and customer parts is, highly, desirable.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a growing manufacturing operation• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent• Comfortable with customers and developing alignment/measuring solutions• Ability to understand and resolve engineering problems• Innovative & creative participation with sales and manufacturing teams• Interest in working with industrial customers on solutions and designs• Light machining ability to use lathe, milling machine & 3D printer for sales prototypes• Experience with electronics and optics a plus.
