This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. You will oversee all production processes, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and within budget. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing productivity, and fostering continuous improvement across the manufacturing and fabrication business unit.
