Added eligibility for up to 20% annual bonus based on performance.Vice President of People & Culture (VPPC)The Vice President of People & Culture (VPPC) develops and executes on human resources/people, culture, infrastructure, and HR compliance strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization(s), specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational design, labor and employment compliance, change management, performance management, training and development, culture, JEDI (Justice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion), ethics/standards of conduct, physical work environment risk management, and staff benefits and compensation.
