Organizational ability is paramount as annual audits of the books need supporting backups that can be easily accessed. Working knowledge of all areas of accounting (A/R, A/P, Payroll, collections, inventory control, credit, etc.) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferred with a minimum of five years of related experience in all Accounting aspects or 1 year as a Controller.
