Position Summary:The primary function of the Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee the maintenance and repairs all building systems,equipment, facilities, and grounds to provide a safe and operationally sound building. This position supervises theMaintenance Technicians and Sanitation personnel (where applicable) in terms of work assignments and performance management. Position Summary:The Commercial Construction Install/enhancement supervisor will supervise and coordinate all work performed for the customer, maintain quality control, and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. You will also be the point of contact with the customers to communicate expectations to the general manager, assistant project manager, and VP of sales.
